Career Exploration Program Goals and Objectives
- The Prime Project is a program that encourages universities to autonomously reorganize their academic structure, such as adjusting the number of seats to reflect future societal needs, and to strengthen students' career capabilities along with their major abilities. In addition to the engineering field, which is the focus of universities operating the Prime Project, the university plans to foster various talents in natural sciences, humanities, and arts, depending on the university's conditions and characteristics, and is expected to produce talents tailored to the needs of society from 2021, when students graduate for the first time, contributing to the resolution of labor mismatch and youth unemployment.
- The selected universities are presenting curriculum reorganization plans that utilize the strengths of each university to reflect changes in society and industrial demands, and are developing unique career paths in cooperation with industrial companies to support students' smooth entry into society, and are preparing plans to support employment and start-ups.
