1. Introduction
- Since its opening in 2015, the Institute for Convergence Education at Hankuk University of Education has been holding the Convergence Education Festival every year to share the results of its efforts to reform teacher education to foster future human resources with creative and humanistic capabilities. In 2020, the fifth edition of the festival, seven universities from across the country, as well as Hankuk University of Education, provided a platform to explore the development of convergence education, share research by experts, and share ideas for convergence classes.
2. Purpose
- To share the direction of pre-service teacher education and provide a place for information exchange in order to foster convergent thinking, which is the core of human resource education in the future.
- To share and spread programs designed by preservice teachers not only from Hankuk University of Education but also from other colleges and universities across the country to practice convergence education in the field. Sharing the expertise of current convergence education experts with preservice teachers
