Pre-service teachers are active and sharing their experiences with inclusive education

The pre-service teachers shared their activities and ideas on convergence education. 'Classroom Support Group Activities' introduced the experiences of 32 pre-service teachers who visited middle schools to support classes in the free semester system, while 'Pre-service Teachers' Idea Sharing' introduced the thoughts and ideas on convergence education of pre-service teachers taking Prof. Baek Sung-hye's course 'Understanding Convergence Education' and Prof. Jang Man's course 'Marine Environmental Theory'.

The middle school free semester system is organized to foster students' dreams and interests and to provide them with a variety of creative experiences outside of the curriculum. Through the activities of the Teaching Support Group, we aimed to share the experiences of developing teachers' professionalism as pre-service teachers by recognizing problems in classroom teaching practices, developing practical skills to improve classroom situations, and proposing new attempts for convergence human resources education. They also experienced the educational experience of teacher identity development through the process of recognizing the value of the teaching-learning community through cooperation with in-service teachers.

2. Pre-service teachers share their ideas on convergence education
