Background
To support pre-service teachers in various educational activities in schools to improve the efficiency of school education operations and provide pre-service teachers with the opportunity to gain practical learning in the school setting and develop their mindset as educators.

Business Goal
- As a national university, we aim to bridge the gap in education by caring for and supporting the underprivileged and socially vulnerable
- Provide educational opportunities to students from underprivileged communities and support the development of pre-service teachers through classroom support activities at educational sites
- While organizing and leading various career exploration activities for school sites other than their majors with experts, prospective teachers participate in practical learning and emotional support activities to understand educational sites and subjects. -
Contents
- Provide sufficient educational opportunities for career education and career exploration to strengthen the capabilities of prospective teachers, and organize with experts to visit schools to provide opportunities for experience and exploration. Supporting field-based education programs by accompanying pre-service teachers in educational activities, supporting student management necessary for efficient program operation, and providing opportunities for practical teaching practice.
